This project focused on revamping Verity 1.0, which despite providing valuable insights suffered from a spreadsheet like interface and low user engagement.

Process and Deliverables
To address low engagement and usability issues, we undertook a full redesign of the Verity platform from structure to interface. Our process included:

Surfaced key gaps in the current experience through direct workshops with journalists and product leads.

UX and Information Architecture Audit
Mapped the original platform’s structure to identify friction points and buried insights.

Wireframing and prototyping
Prioritised key flows and crafted high-fidelity screens focused on clarity, hierarchy, and actionability
